This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Enzyme2 Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and our subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Enzyme2,” “we”, “us” or “our”), and how we handle personal information that we collect through our digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, including our website (the “Service”), as well as through other activities described in this Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and protect the personal data we collect and process about you. All processing of personal data and/or information is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, in the United States and the European Union, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and supplemental national data protection laws.

We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. All processing of Personal Data is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”)

Children

The Service is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child under 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
